SOCIAL TARIFF - Eligibility Requirements Apply

This package is a 'social tariff', which is only available to individuals who are receiving certain state benefits such as Income Universal Credit, Pension Credit, Income Support and some other Income-based allowances. Not all providers have the same criteria so please check with the provider.

Part Fibre (FTTC) – IMPORTANT NOTE ON SPEEDS — This is a 'part fibre' product (often called FTTC or fibre-to-the cabinet) which uses VDSL technology. This means the speeds you receive are entirely dependent on the length and quality of the copper line from the cabinet to your property. You need to verify the expected speed (which may be considerably below the maximum speed) with your provider. We have a guideline speed on our package listing when you enter your postcode. Mixed Technology — The social tariff is based on the Sky Full Fibre 75, Full Fibre 150 or Superfast 35/80 Part Fibre, or Essentials Plus Copper ADSL packages. Speeds shown are best available but you need to check availability with Sky.

Social Tariff Eligibility — The bill-payer needs to be in receipt of one of these benefits. Only available for existing Sky Broadband customers.
