Total Wi-Fi — A mesh WI-Fi solution that promises ultimate speed, reliability and coverage in every room on your house. You can order this Total Wi-fi package either with your broadband or once it's installed, and it includes a mini-hub to make your Wi-Fi cover your home. You can place this up to two rooms away from your router, ideally centrally in the house. Additional mini hubs are available for large properties.

Contract Buy-Out — Hyperoptic offer a contract buy-out service offering up to 9 months' free service whilst you pay your existing provider, subject to signing up to a 24-month contract.

Phone Service — Usually available for £3/month on top of your broadband.

Router Included — Your service will come with a Hyperoptic router (if you move out leave this in your property for the next owner/tenant)

despite speed, connection keeps dropping during work teams calls which is very dissapointing and support is not helpful

Major peering/capacity issues oftening giving you downstream of about 600-650Mbps and not 900Mbps. Upload, however IS 900Mbps.
