Customer Service is patchy.
Straight up speed is good, some odd glitchy performance I'm still working to fix. Fair for the £

I initially complained that the dynamic IP address sometimes changed to an IP that rendered my internet banking, CISCO VPN, Netflix & gaming platforms inoperative.
This is unacceptable. I should not have to contact Hey!B to ask for the IP to be rolled over to another one, each time this occurs. This is not the service that I ordered.
To work around this, I was advised to pay for a static IP (which didn’t work either, until they found one that did).
Why should I have to pay £5 extra per month to have a useable IP address?
Ideally, as an internet provider in the UK, all their dynamic IP addresses should be useable.
It is proven that not all of their IP addresses in the pool work as expected, and if the only way to resolve this is to have a static IP – then I would expect this to be granted for free.
However, they refuse to and offered me £5 for my trouble (which I refused).
