After notifying Gigaclear of my father’s death I was assured the account could be transferred to my elderly mother with no disruption in service. So far they have cut off the service so my mother had no phone, delivered unwanted equipment and failed to provide a returns label, changed her phone number without advising anybody, misspelled her name and refused to change it and e-mailed my late father to tell him his direct debit has failed. I have spent hours trying to put this right
