Windblown
20 May 2024 (reviewed 2 years ago)
I get better than 900Mb up and downstream 24/7 and pings constantly less than 7ms. What more could one want? I pay £38 for a 1Gb symmetrical connection with a static IP and IPV6.
Customer service is very good in office hours, but Fusion Fibre do not provide technical support at weekends or bank holidays. On the two occasions when something has gone wrong, this has led to great inconvenience. On one occasion, I was without Internet for four days! I hope this shortcoming is addressed before my contract is due for renewal.
