BT will optimise your service with the hub. If you run a speed test from the hub and find issues, they'll send an engineer if required. If they can't get your speed back to the guaranteed speed within 60 days of a report, you can claim £20 and leave the contact without penalty due to the Ofcom Voluntary Speeds Code of Practice

Connection fine but BT business hub keeps losing DHCP service (fails to recover old leases and runs out of IPs to allocate).

Since changing from BT to EE the broadband has been awful. TV keeps buffering wi fi drops out or changes to a different channel.
