Small/Medium Business — This package is available for businesses with 6 to 15 staff or revenue over £1m. If you have fewer staff/less revenue, see the Small Business pakage. For larger businesses, please contact B4SH about their Enterprise services.

Gigabit Voucher Scheme — Setup fee is waived for properties participating in the Gigabit Voucher Scheme, however those properties will be subject to a 12-month contract. If you aren't covered by a voucher, the service is based on a month-to-month contract. This package listing is for non-voucher schemes. If you're in the area you may benefit from contacting B4SH to discuss being added to their network.

Sticky IP Address — Although static IP addresses are not officially offered, the IP address is likely to be 'sticky' but this is not guaranteed in future.

Contract Buy-outs — If you're in an existing contract with another broadband provider B4SH will offer you a reduced service for £5 or £10/month until your contract expires, under their "Service Now" (SNOW) programme. This applies to residential and small business customers. You need to supply e-mail proof of your contract start/end dates. If you have up to 12 months remaining you will pay £5/month during the dual running period, or £10/month if your contract has 13-24 months left. For example if you have 15 months left, you'll pay £10/month for 3 months, then £5/month until your contract expiry. Once your other contract can be cancelled your price reverts to the standard package. This offer is only available if you are in 'active build' areas.
