Additional Details 'Up to' speeds are based on the technology used to deliver broadband to your home as well as whether you're using it at peak or off-peak times. The actual speed you'll get also depends on your phone line and how far you are from the telephone exchange. Up to 16Mbps is available if you live in a high speed area. BT can advise you if this is available before you place an order.
