You need to select a Usage Profile which best describes how much you think you will download from the Internet. If you are unsure, you should probably select "Home Light" or "Home Medium". It may be worth discussing this with other members of your household as some activity (e.g. downloading movies online) can increase the usage significantly.

Ofcom requires all communication providers to be a member of an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. This is to allow residential and small business providers with access to a prompt and independent resolution when there is a dispute with their communications provider. Additional Details 'Up to' speeds are based on the technology used to deliver broadband to your home as well as whether you're using it at peak or off-peak times. The actual speed you'll get also depends on your phone line and how far you are from the telephone exchange. Up to 16Mbps is available if you live in a high speed area. BT can advise you if this is available before you place an order.
