Portsmouth is joining the wave of Gigabit Cities from CityFibre and M12 Solutions is launching its Giganet brand to sell services to businesses in the city.

The LFFN (Local Full Fibre Network) fund has now awarded its first contract and it has gone to CityFibre for the construction of a fibre network linking some 152 council sites and is part of a 30 year framework deal.
