Customer experience is poor - slow to respond and unhelpful. Currently getting short outages at 17 minutes and 20 minutes past the hour for 4 to 12 seconds. Enough to interrupt calls and disrupt streaming/games. Not good enough when others are seeing the same thing. Tested from the optical unit so definitely not the router! Speeds good otherwise.

We\'ve been on airband here in Devon for 18 months now. Gigabit FTTP giving a genuine ~900MBits/s speed in both directions with a decent ping time. Their support is good (you get a human not a bot) and so far as I can tell the service has been 100% reliable. My only criticism is the Nokia router they provide which is fine for a bog-standard setup but intensely irritating if you want to configure it to anything out of the ordinary as you are locked out of doing this. I did eventually manage to get the \"super admin\" password out of them but it took some persistence. They were running at a huge loss and it doesn\'t surprise me that their backers have pulled the plug and they have been bought by Voneus. So far the service continues as before but I do worry for the future.

Just checked the speed - it showed as 5Mbs which is much less than the 150Mbs package we are on

same speed up and down,just better allround but had to connect our 'phone through an analogue adaptor.
