trooli rolls out FTTP to three more areas of Kent

Three new areas have appeared on our maps showing where trooli FTTP is available. Darenth, Farningham and Crowborough are the newest areas to see significant build.

The Crowborough footprint is set to expand with the next phase expected to be released in December 2020. Packages start at £50/m for a 300 Mbps download, 100 Mbps upload rising to £80/m for 900 Mbps down, 300 Mbps up. A Black Friday deal gives people who order now half price service for 3 months along with free install and activation.

That is a fair bit of money a month just for broadband, ok so you get 300mb/s, but do most people really need that speed? They may get more customers if they offered something at a lower speed for lower cost. I expect they are trying to get onto this work at home thing, but people still only have a certain amount of money to spend

When Zzoomm comes here, I will have a look, it depends on what price Plusnet can do me at the time, if the price is close to Zzoom, then I will go to zzoomm, if it stays more or less what it is now, I will stay with plusnet.
