IDNet joins list of providers selling G.fast

IDNet is now selling the G.fast service in the areas where it is available, along with its existing full fibre packages. We have updated our package listing for IDNet to reflect the new packages, prices and allowances i.e. lots of unlimited services rather than an old 1 TB limit.

Prices shown include VAT (package pages allow you to toggle between VAT inclusive or not), all the prices shown are for unlimited usage packages.

  • VDSL2/FTTC service from £40.80/m including voice line rental with 1 month contract.
  • G.fast 160/30 service £49.80/m on a 12 month contract including voice line rental
  • G.fast 330/50 service £67.80/m on a 12 month contract including voice line rental
  • FTTP 40/10 service £42/m on a 12 month contract, no phone line required
  • FTTP 80/20 service £45.60/m on a 12 month contract, no phone line required
  • FTTP 160/30 service £51.60/m on a 12 month contract, no phone line required
  • FTTP 330/50 service £120/m on a 12 month contract, no phone line required

Set up fees are £90 on the FTTC services but it is a 1 month contract. The G.fast and FTTP services have a £120 setup fee which covers the engineer visit to install the service.

The xDSL based services are still available without voice line rental via IDNet, but you will need to pay someone for your line rental so the xDSL signal has a metallic pair of wires to travel over.
