You know you want it - really you do...

At least that is what BT Wholesale are saying to people in the national newspaper advertising campaign that started today. Full page adverts in The Guardian and The Times which direct users towards the website, where people can check whether they can get BT ADSL or not.

The start of advertising for the registration scheme is much needed. Hopefully it will generate more genuine demand, which will lead to more exchanges getting ADSL eventually. If all goes well we may start to see the results of the advertising in the next few days - a unique chance to see if advertising in newspapers really does work.
