Special offer £20/month for 12 months on BT Infinity 2

The price competition is increasing in the fibre based broadband arena, BT Consumer now has a special offer only available online where their Infinity 2 service (up to 76 Mbps downloads, up to 19 Mbps uploads) is available at £20 per month for the full 12 months of the contract and currently a £50 Sainsbury's Gift Card as an extra incentive.

Voice line rental at £16.99 per month or the annual price of £169.90 (equivalent £14.16 per month) is required. If you remain with BT after the 12 month minimum term the broadband service will cost £28 per month.

The same price offers apply to areas with native FTTP installed, where if you wish even faster Infinity 3 or Infinity 4 can be ordered, or if on a tight budget the cheaper and slower Infinity 1 is an option.

So much for allowing competition by keeping BT retail sufficiently above the wholesale cost.

BT are doing some good deals recently, can't wait until Fibre is available here so I can switch. Paying almost £39 a month for ADSL Max and anytime calls on plusnet at the moment. Like that it is a 12 month contract also so can switch when the deal ends :)
