WarwickNet brings fibre based broadband speeds to Derby business park
WarwickNet who specialise in broadband for business parks and other metropolitan areas has announced the roll-out of a FTTC service to Pride Park in Derby.
"WarwickNet’s presence on Pride Park, along with the government grants available, means that there really is no reason for the businesses operating here to suffer from poor connectivity.
Working alongside SuperConnected Derby, we hope to make life easier for organisations across the county by providing tailored solutions which fit individual needs. If you work on a business park and want to become better connected, please do get in touch.Mark Hitchcock, business development manager at WarwickNet
The service is offering speeds of 40 Mbps to 100 Mbps via two cabinets on the park and the first customer is live on the service (New Line Sales Recruitment Solutions) with speeds of 60 Mbps. FTTP and Gigabit leased line options are also available for larger businesses or those digital businesses that need to upload lots of data.
Pride Park in Derby, falls within the SuperConnected Cities voucher scheme that was recently extended until March 2016. The park is served by two Openreach cabinets, but neither have an Openreach FTTC service from them, hence the roll-out of their own solution by WarwickNet.
