Sky offers now include 25% off TV for 12 months

The latest batch of offers from Sky run until 17th July 2014 and feature:

  • 25% off TV package pricing for 12 months
  • Free unlimited ADSL2+ broadband for 12 months on Original, Variety, Family and Movies Bundles
  • Two years free unlimited ADSL2+ broadband on Sports and Complete bundles.
  • £50 credit applied to your first bill

The savings are substantial over the 12 months of the initial contract and with no commitment beyond the 12 months it is an ideal way to get a TV and broadband at a decent price point. NOTE: On all the bundles apart from The Original Sky TV prices will increase on 1 September. In accordance with their standard terms, your Sky TV package may rise by up to 10% in a minimum contract term

If ordering broadband then voice line rental via Sky is a requirement and this is charged at £15.40.

I got better deal last month with signing up sky 50% of The Complete Bundle with free sky+ HD box with £75 Tesco credit. £33.62 a month for 12 months for complete bundle with HD. Normal price would be £67.25, a saving of £403 off

I think they are desperate as it sound like too many existing customers had left sky.
