Sky launch two day long Sainsbury's Gift Card promotion

Most special offers we cover last for a week, but Sky has a short term offer now running that expires at 23:59 on Thursday 20th March 2014.

Sky TV packages are now available at half price for six months, and you get a £50 Sainsbury's Gift Card so you can afford to buy some popcorn to watch all the new TV channels you will get.

There a wide range of offers on Sky TV and broadband services, this latest offer does not require you to order a broadband or Sky telephone service to benefit, and if you add a broadband service you can also benefit from the half price for 12 month deals on broadband.

Update 12:15pm We have checked and apparently if you add broadband, the existing 12 month deals on broadband will also apply.

Update 20/03/2014 12:37 This offer has now been extended to the 27th March 2014.

Once they have you signed up they don't give a stuff about you.Existing customers always come second with Sky.

Existing customers continue to get the service they paid for (with an annual inflationary increase). In fact I'm now on a better package overall because of changes to the way their packages a couple of years ago. I also get F1 HD without needing the sports package because it was originally bundled with the HD pack.

But hey you could always give them a call and whine/moan at them. Sometimes if you threaten to leave they give you a discount.
