Broadband voucher scheme to run two industry days
The Super-Connected Cities scheme may have learnt from the original BDUK final third programme, and appears to be doing the right thing in terms of running the pilots and seeking feedback, unlike the much larger project where none of the pilot programmes have fully delivered even though every other project in that scheme is progressing.
The DCMS has announced two industry days for the 50 or so broadband suppliers who took part in the Connection Vouchers scheme to enjoy tea and biscuits on either Friday 18th October or Monday 21st October between the hours 1pm to 4pm with the DCMS. The aim of the meeting is to allow providers to provide feedback and discuss any relevant issues.
Places are limited to 2 attendees per organisation, and like Glastonbury tickets are on a first come, first served basis.
