TalkTalk to launch 'customer experience centre'

TalkTalk have announced they will be opening a 'customer experience centre' in London later this month which form their first retail store separate from the Carphone Warehouse following the demerger of TalkTalk from Carphone Warehouse at the end of March, which was first announced in June 2009.

The TalkTalk store to be located in Soho, London will offer a retail presence as well as a lounge on the first floor where customers can have coffee and access Wi-Fi. Advisors will be available on ground floor to help with any problems with the TalkTalk broadband service.

"We are in the stages of getting the building ready and we are looking ideally to have it open the week commencing 19 April. We have a small ambition to have places in other parts of the country."

TalkTalk spokeswoman

Depending on the success of the store, the concept may be rolled out to further sites across the country.

Soho! HoHo!! All talk Talk !!! All the time!!!!
Get your speeds upto your promises. Get your act together, get better quality call centre support staff , better customer responses on the phone and help for the "senior" silver surfers instead of pandering to the pleasure seekers in THE CITY!!

Well said Jyotish - TT customer service is utter rubbish, and thier "Tech People" are some of the most incompetent I have ever come across. As soon as I can get connected to another ISP in my area I will.

I suspect Jyotish and BuddHa13 are either BT 'agent provacaturs'or computer illiterates. These incompitents should be forbidden from
access to Computers.
