Update to rules on satellite dishes

Silicon.com has details on the new planning regulations, that should see houses under 15 metres in height being allowed two antennas.

The new rules are meant to help with the deployment of digital TV and wireless broadband services. One current problem for prospective satellite broadband users is that you are often restricted to one satellite dish, which will often be already used for Sky TV.
