More TV content on the way for UK broadband users
It seems TV stations are embracing broadband as another way of reaching an audience that perhaps does not watch television in the traditional way. The WebUser website carries the news that BBC Three is set to premier some new programmes online, roughly a week ahead of the usual transmission date, a comedy series The Mighty Boosh is due to be streamed from July 19th 2005.
Channel 4 not to be left out may well be about to transmit all of its content online. Channel 4 has for ten weeks of the year for the last few years already transmitted 24 hour coverage from the Big Brother show. A little more detail is over at UK-Bug.
