The Best Consumer ISP category finalists have yet to be announced. Most finalists are familiar, with names such as Entanet and Zen cropping up again amongst other previous winners and nominees in the runnings again for awards this year.
Both the 'Internet Hero' and 'Internet Villain' awards have nominee's related to broadband. The finalists in these special categories are chosen separately by the ISPA council in recognition of their achievements (or not as the case may be) for the Internet and the Internet industry.
Winners will be announced at the award ceremony on 14th March 2008 at the Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, London. Tickets are on sale for those who want to attend.
Update: 23/01/2008 14:57 - ISPA have now announced the finalists for Best Consumer ISP. These include last years winner of this award (Virgin Media) and two other nominees, Tiscali and Orange. Joining them are BT, PlusNet and Vispa. The criteria for the category can be found here.
