New drivers (1.3.4 ) for Alcatel Speedtouch USB - SMP Fix

Alcatel have released version 1.3.4 of their drivers. This bug release fix is supposed to enable people to use the SMP functions of their computers and also fix Norton Firewall when used in conjunction with Windows 2000.
