Installation Surveys

Thanks to everybody who has filled out an installation survey. The general trend at the moment is as follows:

63% of customers seem happy, 28% are not.
20% of customers had a quick and easy install, 53% did not.

Many customers appear to be unhappy due to ADSL not working after installation. More info to come soon...
