Apologies to the many thousands of you who follow the demand tracker daily looking for an update on your exchange. The last few days, since Saturday to be exact, have not run smoothly. The main cause of this is was on Saturday when BT Wholesale moved the location of the tracker, subsequently reappearing yesterday. Additionally, the jump from 'no trigger' to 'triggerred' confused the logic in our system.
We do have a new version of the software that updates the database, and we hope to have this running on the live system this evening. Some of the other online demand trackers have hit similar problems in the last couple of days. These delays also mean anyone who has submitted a phone number to add an exchange to the list will have waited longer than usual. Currently we have over 2200 phone number submissions to check from the last 6 days.
