BT Wholesale has released some more information on the problems at the newly activated exchanges. The number of users affected is around the 25% mark across the exchanges and BT are investigating the problems as a matter of urgency.
BT is working with its suppliers to ensure a resolution as soon as possible and onsite reviews are underway at present. Hopefully the problems will be fixed soon but if there are any further updates we will endeavour to bring them to you.
