Demand/Availability Tracker info in with BT phone bills.

The August 2002 edition of BT Retail Update leaflet has information on ordering BT Broadband ( no frills service ) and also what to do if the checker says you can't have Broadband.

The advice is reasonably clear and simple, if your exchange isn't enabled yet, then register your interest via a Broadband provider. They direct users to and then explain the barometer and what to do if you have registered but no movement is shown, i.e. try another provider.
