Gigabit arrives in Birmingham courtesy of Hyperoptic
Friday 16 October 2015 09:35:27 by Andrew Ferguson

For those looking for Gigabit connectivity at residential pricing you can now add Birmingham to the list as Hyperoptic has gone live with its Fibre to the Building service in the city.

The postcodes where the service is available are already in our availability checker and as new customers sign-up and test their connections we can expect to see the averages in those postcode areas increase.

Ha, funny how the rent on the apartments are around £3-400 pound more than the equivalent in Brum

Also, when did windows go out off fashion! :/

Can we have a different post tomorrow Andrew.
Perhaps titled.."Gigabit arrives to cover the whole TQ9 area in South Devon courtesy of xxxxxxx"

So you mean it is available in a small part of Birmingham. I also notice you still need a phone line rental.

It's available at one apartment block by the looks of it!

You have a choice of broadband with phone line or just broadband on its own.
