The NorthWest Evening Mail is helping to get demand for ADSL registered on the exchanges in its area, which is the Ulverston and South Lakes area of Cumbria. The full story is here.

They are also collecting and passing on the information to BT and correctly point out that registering puts you under no obligations, so if truly interested in getting your exchange enabled there is nothing to lose by registering.
