East London Problems
Friday 28 June 2002 15:20:00 by Andrew Ferguson

Reports are coming through for the last day or two that users in the East London area are seeing no HTTP (web) traffic but other traffic appears to be OK.

For BT to flag this as a major service fault, it requires at least 10 users reporting the fault on each DSLAM, therefore it is important to try and get the fault logged with BT via your ISP as soon as possible.
