Broadband deals all change at TalkTalk
Friday 20 February 2015 10:03:06 by Andrew Ferguson

A new range of broadband offers have started at TalkTalk with the pricing on these offers running until 26th March 2015. The best value package and the only one that appears cheaper than previous deals is the Essentials TV with fibre package that is now £4.25 per month for the first six months, then £18.50 per month on an 18 month contract Previously was £14.25/m for 12 months).

SimplyBroadband is now £1.75/month for six months and while the up to 38 Mbps fibre based broadband product looks more attractive with a free for six months offer, this works out more expensive than the previous £5/month for 12 months offer.

As usual voice line rental via TalkTalk is a requirement and this costs £16.70 per month, but a line rental saver option is available to reduce the cost of line rental to £15.03.

Existing ADSL2+ customers can upgrade to one of the fibre products and will still qualify for the price offers.

Considering how a company they are I guess that's the only way to get customers after you get what you pay for

Just wish TalkTalk Business would offer some kind of discounts :( Then again i don't know of any niche ISPs which offer discounts.

They did have half ADSL2+ for 12 months on business, but now are doing 12 months free fibre for those in qualifying cities

i.e. where BDUK connection voucher scheme is running

Makes me laugh at these prices as I am paying them £20PM just for an 8 meg line only?

Don't do recommendations, too much variables involved, just share the various options and tools to get the best from each of them.
