BTopenworld extends cut-price broadband offer

Home & Business users who choose to purchase ADSL with BTopenworld will save £65 on activation costs for orders placed up to the end of August 2002. BTopenworld have extended this promotion, which was due to end May 31st, over the summer period.

In a recent press release, BTopenworld stated that "The move underpins BTopenworld's commitment to Broadband Britain and is designed to motivate more consumers and businesses to install broadband connections.". Customers who signup under the renewed offer will not be charged for activation, but must still pay £85 for a modem and two micro-filters, along with any monthly fees.
