UK SME's not happy with BT Openworld

Today has been a busy day and The Register has an item on what business users of BTopenworld broadband services think of the company and it's products.

It appears that 18% of BTopenworld's business customers are dissatisfied with the service. The surprise is that for Home users the level is around 6%. The most revealing comment comes from Pierre Danon, chief exec of BT Retail The customer experience six months ago was disastrous, Now it is mediocre.".
