ADSL breaks £30 barrier for real.

Pipex have come out with a surprise this morning their website has updated with new pricing for the ADSL Xtreme Solo package of £29.32 inc VAT this is the cheapest ADSL in the UK at present. The free activation offer is still in place, perhaps Pipex know something about the wholesale price and perhaps a downward trend for it. But suddenly NTL and Telewest pricing doesnt look so far ahead.

Lets hope that February 2002 is the month that marks a sharp rise in the demand for ADSL and this leads to more rollout across the UK.
