Broadband on BBC Newsnight
Thursday 06 September 2001 09:44:00 by Andrew Ferguson

Last night Newsnight ran an item talking to various parties involved in Broadband (ADSL mainly).

The talk revolved mainly around LLU and how BT have had a 'unfair' head start with their own DSL rollout.

On the BT side it appears that they are saying they wont be investing heavily in ADSL since it is not producing a return for the shareholders - which could mean we've seen the bulk of the rollout at this point.

The full program is available for a short while on the BBC Newsnight website as a Real Video file 56k stream.
