BTignite having authentication problems - Now Fixed

As of around 1:45am on Wednesday the problem below appears to have been fixed.

As a number of you are aware, users are having problems authenticating with a number of service providers this afternoon and evening. BTopenworld, Zen, Claranet, Houxou, Timewarp, iomart & Nildram are all affected and there may be more

We have no information on a time to fix the fault and are unlikely to hear anything until start of business on Wednesday. Nildram posted earlier in the evening that a 9pm fix was on the cards, but no sign of this at 23:20

The fault manifests as Error 718 in Windows DUN and the bt_test@startup_domain login still works.
