Er have the trial figures of 250 people changed?? Kinda curious why they have not got 250 guinea pigs for this yet. Have Enta not been informing customers that can get it that they can take part in a trial getting super-speedy broadband?

BT Wholesale is picking and choosing who gets onto the trial, so the three providers will need to submit more than 250 people most likely to fill all the places.

We've had several emails from Enta over a period of weeks, reminding us about it and that we should submit any customer info to them for customers that want to be part of the trial.

hmm strange there are spaces left then, i guess BT must have stringent requirements on who can take part

You get a free second line for the duration of the trial. However no-one seems sure what happens at the end of it and that has put a couple of our customers off. BT won't even confirm whether they will move your existing service and terminate the line or what. We have a site that is bonded in on the trial and hence we get 4 lines free!. Don't know if that means we get free phone calls etc for the agro, but interesting to see what a bond on long line 21CN is going to be like..

Ah that explains it people scared they are gonna be left with a big bill for a new phone line and BT forcing them into a contract for a service they not not want. I knew there had to be a reason people havent ripped each others arms off to be on the trial.

Now theres a shock..Not! If the info about them wiring you up with a new phone line is true im not surprised people aint interested in it and perhaps being forced into taking the service after the trial. Nice to see people are finally waking up to BTs silly little rip off games.
