Consumer show looking for people with problems

Are you stuck in a situation where you have left one provider and your new provider is telling you that there is a tag on the line and they cannot place an order? Or perhaps you have moved into a property but the previous residents ADSL did not clear off the line stopping you from ordering a new ADSL service?

So what can be done? Well there is the BT Wholesale Tag line that you can read about here.

For those needing a bit more help or would like to see these problems highlighted by the BBC consumer show "DON'T GET DONE - DOM'S BACK!", presented by Dominic Littlewood, here is your opportunity. The show, in its second series, is interested in visiting and filming people who have this problem, with a view to helping them out and highlighting the problem to a wider audience. No specific dates for filming or locations are set yet, so if you feel you have an interesting case related to a tag or marker on your line then email me at and I will collate the emails and pass them onto the show.
