OnCue calls in the liquidators
Monday 02 July 2001 15:34:00 by Sebastien Lahtinen

TheRegister reports that the ADSL ISP known as "OnCue" has gone into liquidation. This is the second ADSL provider we have seen go under (IG Click being the first--why is their web site still up?). In addition, we have seen price rises from ISPs (Freeserve, etc.) and plans to raise prices (BT Openworld). All this would indicate that the market has not grown as expected and future revenue streams will have to be evaluated more carefully. El Reg also refers to a posting on our forums, where a user claims that OnCue is in discussions with BT Openworld over the transfers of clients. We would very much like to hear from OnCue users.
