ICBroadband launches 3rd party support service
Wednesday 02 August 2006 13:06:00 by Sebastien Lahtinen

ICBroadband has launched a third party support service to provider broadband users with support and troubleshooting for their connection problems. The service called JustSupport offers customers of other broadband ISPs the opportunity to benefit from ICBroadband's support services. Whilst the company does acknowledge they cannot deal with all types of problems without having control over the ISP side of the connection, they can help customers walk through problem areas and configuration problems.

"Many people have told us that they have been tempted by the low-cost broadband offers. However, they are very disappointed when they cannot speak to someone on the phone or get a reply to support e-mails. As our customers tell us our support is our best feature, for £3.99 a month, everybody can receive that same level of personal support."

Support is available by e-mail or phone and includes dealing with general broadband issues and advice on how to make most of their broadband service. They will also try to provide the best contact details for your ISP. A premium version of the package is also available for £9.99 which provides a named support contact, non-broadband related advice, Internet concierge service, research assistance and extra assistance if your Internet connection goes down such as sending e-mails to a fax machine.
