Last week, we ran a poll asking users about their experience of the "up to 8 Mbps" services.
Question: How is your experience of the up to 8 Mbps Broadband Max service?

We would however note that respondents to this type of survey are not a statistical sample and this does not indicated over half of all upgraded users are experiencing regular problems. It does however indicate clearly that there are significant numbers of users experiencing issues to one extent or another.
