Kingston Communications confirms bid approach

It seems if you are in the broadband industry at present, you might get approached about an acquisition. Kingston Communications are the latest to have indicated the receipt of a bid approach - more detail on The Register.

Kingston Communications is the incumbent telephone provider in the Hull area, and provides DSL services via its Karoo ISP, and across the UK via Eclipse who the company acquired in September 2004.
