Progress on LLU repairs sees dispute withdrawn
Wednesday 23 March 2005 16:12:00 by Andrew Ferguson

At the start of March 2005 Bulldog lodged a complaint with the Office of the Telecoms Adjudicator (OTA). This dispute has now been withdrawn, apparently because significant progress has been made on the issue, which revolved around the terms and conditions used by BT when repairing a LLU copper phone line.

No firm details are available on what actual progress was made, but it can be seen as good sign for LLU providers. The list of current OTA disputes can be found here.
