Carl's departure

I'd just like to express my personal gratitude to Carl who has been with us for almost a year now but is sadly leaving us.

I am sure that all the staff and users will join me in wishing you luck in your new job and I hope you will be around to see how the site develops. You've been a great asset to the site both in liaising with ISPs and BT as well as a great help to many users in the forums.
