It would seem logical, and Micronet have gone the route of starting off as a company offering satellite broadband connections, but have now started to offer ADSL connections also. A 0.5Mbps service is £16.99 a month, with an offer for the £9.99 for the first two months of service. 1Mbps is priced at £24.99. Both services have no download caps, and an activation fee of £50, users can migrate to the service for free. Interestingly there is no contract, its a simple one month minimum.
With UK ADSL coverage rising all the time now, the number of home users looking at satellite connections is diminishing, so it makes sense for satellite service providers to branch out.
