BT Retail launches referral scheme
Friday 04 June 2004 09:35:00 by Andrew Ferguson

BT Retail has joined the crowd of service providers that operate referral schemes, that reward existing customers for referring friends and family to a service. For every successful recommendation the scheme will pay out between £10 and £20. Alternatively you can donate the reward to the ChildLine charity, plus ChildLine can reclaim tax to the tune of 28p in the pound on the donation you make.

It should be pointed out that this scheme only applies to the ADSL products sold by BT Retail, in other words the no-frills and BT Yahoo product ranges. Specifically BT Broadband Basic, BT Broadband, BT Broadband 1Mb, BT Yahoo! Broadband and BT Yahoo! 1Mb.
