House of Lords Debate on broadband
Thursday 15 January 2004 12:46:00 by Andrew Ferguson

Hansard has published the text from a House of Lords debate on 'Internet and Broadband Access'. The full but lengthy text can be found here.

There is lots of reading and interesting facts throughout the document. Apparently the basic ADSL coverage is now up to 89% of households, though of course 3 to 4% can be knocked off this due to poor quality or too long lines.
