The Internet Services Providers Association (ISPA) has provided written evidence to the Trade and Industry Select Committee inquiry into broadband. The evidence has four key points.
The ISPA is another group on the growing list now calling for greater transparency with regards to broadband roll-out. Certainly BT has improved, and at least now will enter in conversation with the local campaigners, rather than the total stone wall of two years ago. Not all the pressure should be applied to BT though, NTL and Telewest should take some of the burden, and there are the holders of the 3.8GHz wireless licences that cover the UK who to date have not made any impact.
