HomeChoice in free trial offer for 600 households

HomeChoice Broadband is extending a trial investigating a new method of delivering its Internet access and Video-on-Demand TV package. The trial is based in the North West London area and covers 12 exchange areas, the best news is that the trial is free until 30th September 2003 and they are after 600 triallists. At the end of the free period there is no obligation to continue, the live service will start its charging period on 1st October 2003 with a £35 a month price tag.

The exchange areas involved are currently: Colindale, Finchley, Hendon, Cricklewood, Golders Green, Hampstead, Maida Vale, Lords, Primrose Hill, Kentish Town and Lower Holloway.

The trial will provide upto 1Mbps Internet access and a Video-on-Demand service, that allows you to play a variety of video content over the ADSL line. HomeChoice has being providing Video-on-Demand and Internet access for several years now, but this trial is part of a local loop unbundling pilot in conjunction with BT.
