It would appear BT Wholesale moved its order system servers to North America, as they have swapped the data format on this system. This has resulted in any ADSL activation dates that are issued to ISPs being in the mm/dd/yyyy format, rather than the more usual dd/mm/yyyy format.
BT Wholesale appears to be aware of the problem, as are service providers. The problem will have affected all providers who use the ECO ordering system, and BT will re-issue the activation dates once the fault is rectified.
